Job summary

This position is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of teller or client service experience, with flexibility for weekends and extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC skills for branch automation and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and client referrals to appropriate team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Maintain awareness of internal controls, policies, and risk management.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
