This role blends teller and desk responsibilities, focusing on accurate transactions and consultative conversations that build trust with customers.

You will educate customers on accounts, digital tools, and financial services, open and close accounts, and refer complex needs to specialists while upholding bank policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• Ability to travel to nearby branches as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in the lobby and teller areas.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, and process transactions with a consultative approach.
• Assist customers with issues such as balance discrepancies and debit card fraud, escalating as needed.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely, accurate issue resolution.
