You will listen to customer needs, educate on products and digital tools, open and manage accounts, process transactions, and coordinate with partners to resolve issues while upholding bank policies and security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge, teller, and platform training preferred.
• Willingness to attend a 5–7 day training with travel expenses covered.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional, personalized customer experience in the lobby.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, initiate wire transfers, and support service requests.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools.
• Assist customers with balance discrepancies, debit card issues, and other service needs.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely, accurate resolution.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer flow.
