Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in person and in lobby interactions.
• Open/close accounts, process transactions, and educate customers on digital tools.
• Support wire transfers, balance inquiries, and routine service requests.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Proactively engage customers to meet branch goals and build relationships.
