Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and leverage cutting-edge financial technology to serve clients.

You will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships while delivering thoughtful financial solutions to address client needs. You will educate clients on Chase solutions, work across branches with experts, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and trust, listening to their needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
