Job summary

Truist Wealth in Hendersonville, NC seeks a Regular teller to provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions, maintain records, and deliver superior service while identifying clients' financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital banking options, support sales through branch outreach, and help manage relationships with Integrated Relationship Management to meet diverse customer goals. Some travel may be required to accommodate staffing.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and executing complex or standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
