Job summary

Truist Wealth in Duluth, GA seeks a Regular Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely completion of client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service while uncovering client needs.

You will educate clients on digital self-service options, participate in outbound outreach, support the branch team, and comply with policies to ensure a smooth, secure banking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and processing transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls, offers review, and referrals to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
