Job summary

Truist Wealth in North Carolina seeks a Regular teller to complete client transactions accurately while maintaining thorough records and offering superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking tools and assist in identifying opportunities for additional products and services.

You will work within a team to deliver consistent service, adhere to policies, and support a range of transactions as part of a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to use PC and basic banking software; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution; handle branch workflows.
