Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker in Austin to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and related products and services.

You will provide excellent service, educate customers on banking technology, and uphold policy and risk standards while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM).
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
