Job summary

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educating customers on bank products and how to use online banking and mobile services.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
