Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers reach their financial goals by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

You will play a key role in retaining and growing consumer and business relationships. You will deliver excellent customer service, pursue opportunities to expand relationships through appointments and referrals, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and maintain up-to-date knowledge

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year customer service or sales in banking, financial services or related field preferred.
Bachelor's degree as preferred qualification.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
Educates and refers customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and cross-sell products.
Educates customers on how to use bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
Maintains knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
Adheres to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
