Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers reach their financial goals by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships while delivering excellent service.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, education on digital banking, and collaboration with internal partners to optimize customer outcomes. A base in customer service with sales focus is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related fields.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in customer service or banking sales.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships and knowledge of banking products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, and referrals.
• Educate customers and refer to other areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking and maintain knowledge of products and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
