Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required with 1+ years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking; stay updated on products and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies; perform other duties as assigned.
