Job summary

0101 The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by proactively identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking services.

Responsibilities include providing excellent service, growing relationships through pre-set appointments and referrals, and educating customers on using online/mobile banking while maintaining compliance with policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with related experience.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Promote banking technology and stay updated on products and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
