Job summary

Qualifications

Background check and fingerprint requirements as per NMLS regulations.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in customer service/sales in banking or business-to-business sales.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and referrals.
Educate customers on bank products and digital banking tools.
Educate customers to deepen relationships and build partnerships across bank units.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory requirements.
