Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals by retaining and growing consumer and business relationships. You will identify needs and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products while delivering exceptional service.

You will proactively grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process, educating customers on online and mobile banking, and cross-selling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year in customer service and sales.
• NMLS background check including fingerprints required.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 1+ year in related sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow customer relationships through proactive sales and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, policies.
• Adhere to security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
