Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions and accurate processing of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist with outbound calling and IRM-related activities to identify client needs.
• Support sales processes by capturing opportunities and referring to branch team members.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies and stay updated on procedures.
