Job summary

Truist in Raleigh, NC seeks a Regular full-time team member to provide timely and accurate client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking and support outbound outreach while working with branch teams to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes cross-training for sales and service, adherence to controls, and ongoing product knowledge development to better serve consumer and business clients in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standard transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking)
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training to expand product knowledge and service capabilities
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution
