• 6+ Months Customer service experience in high-volume environment – Required.

Responsibilities

• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to banking products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate customers on digital tools.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and assist with audits.
