Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions, account services, and teller duties.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and educate customers on digital banking tools.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet financial needs.
• Support branch sales targets and comply with risk and fraud controls.
