Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent (preferred).
• 3+ years selling products/services in incentive-based environments (required).
• 12+ months experience in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales (required).
• 12+ months Santander experience related to essential functions (required).
• 12+ months customer service in high volume, fast-paced environment (required).
• Strong relationship-building, customer experience and loyalty skills.
• Proven track record in sales and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and understand financial needs.
• Proactively prospect new clients via networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Meet customer financial needs including transactions, servicing, and product offers.
• Ensure an elevated, personalized customer experience and timely issue resolution.
• Engage customers via digital channels and educate on self-service options.
• Communicate clearly in person, by phone, or digitally.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with team members to hit branch goals and drive performance.
• Occasionally support nearby branches as needed.
