Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone, with tailored product explanations.
• Ability to resolve client issues promptly with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing requirements must be pursued within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and explain banking solutions accordingly.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to access services anywhere.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
