JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality while acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships. You will leverage financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and support clients’ financial needs.

Responsibilities include building lasting relationships, guiding clients through banking solutions, and coordinating with specialists to address complex needs. Branch hours include weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Explain products and services clearly to help clients select suitable solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and coordinate with team of experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
