Job summary

Truist Wealth in Centreville, VA seeks a Part-time Universal Banker to deliver a distinctive client experience, handle transactions, and educate clients on digital banking solutions. You will support outbound client outreach and participate in Integrated Relationship Management activities to meet financial needs.

The role requires weekend/extended hours flexibility, cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships and cross-sell services. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous service while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs to refer to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge by attending training and product knowledge meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
