Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is hiring a Relationship Banking Representative to serve as a frontline ambassador in our branch network.

You will handle teller tasks and desk duties while delivering a consultative, customer-centric banking experience. Responsibilities include opening accounts, processing transactions, educating customers on digital tools, and coordinating with partners to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge and teller training preferred.
• Able to attend a 5–7 day training; travel reimbursed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in-branch.
• Listen, ask questions, and assess customers’ financial needs.
• Process transactions and open/close accounts.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and features.
