The role blends teller and desk duties, enabling guidance on products and digital tools while following bank policies and security standards. You will educate customers on features, process transactions, and help with new accounts and referrals to specialists as needed, contributing to a positive, inclusive

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience
• Ability to attend 5–7 day initial training with travel may be required
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in every interaction
• Open new accounts and initiate wire transfers while educating customers on features
• Assist with balance discrepancies, debit card issues, and service requests
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Support branch operations and travel to nearby locations as needed
