Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to attend a 5–7-day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience during every interaction.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, initiate wire transfers, and support service requests.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools, features, and best practices.
• Assist customers with issues and coordinate with internal partners for timely resolution.
• Identify customer needs and refer to specialists for complex needs.
