Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Relationship Banking Representative to act as a frontline ambassador in our branch network.

You will handle teller and desk duties, open and close accounts, and educate customers on digital tools while delivering a welcoming, personalized experience. The role emphasizes needs-based conversations, coordination with internal partners, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to attend training and travel to training locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in-branch.
• Open/close accounts, process transactions, and handle routine inquiries.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and services.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues and support customers.
