Job summary

LCNB National Bank is seeking a Lead Relationship Banker at our Dent Office in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead customer interactions, oversee teller line operations, and ensure a welcoming banking environment.

You will process transactions, resolve inquiries, and coach tellers while identifying opportunities to meet financial needs through appropriate referrals. This role reports to the Branch Officer and requires a full-time hourly schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous banking experience (preferred).
• Leadership, Supervisory, or coaching experience (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Cash handling experience (preferred).
• Ohio Notary Public (or the ability to obtain commission within first three months of employment).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and providing friendly, accurate service.
• Oversee the teller line operations to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other account activities, balancing cash drawer.
• Resolve customer questions and issues in a professional and timely manner as the primary resource for complex cases.
• Coach, mentor, and support teller line associates with guidance and feedback.
• Identify customer financial needs and refer suitable products and services.
• Protect customer information and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Document, process, and maintain data in applicable systems and databases.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
