Qualifications

  • Cash handling experience (preferred).
  • Ohio Notary Public (or the ability to obtain commission within first three months of employment).

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other account activities, balancing cash drawer.

Lead Relationship Banker

Salary Range: $19.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Position Description

LCNB National Bank is seeking a Lead Relationship Banker for our Dent Office. This role serves as a customer experience leader by building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating a welcoming and efficient banking environment. The Lead Relationship Banker assists customers with transactions, account inquiries, service requests, and problem resolution while identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs through appropriate products, services, and referrals. In addition, this position provides operational leadership for the teller line by overseeing daily activities, supporting workflow efficiency, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and serving as a resource for associates through guidance, coaching, and support. The Lead Relationship Banker helps promote a consistent, seamless customer experience while contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building positive relationships, actively listening to customer needs, and providing friendly, accurate, efficient, and personalized service.
  • Serve as a customer service leader and role model by promoting a culture focused on relationship building, responsiveness, and service excellence.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the teller line to ensure efficient workflow, operational accuracy, and a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other account-related activities, while maintaining and balancing a cash drawer in accordance with established procedures.
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, account discrepancies, and service issues in a professional and timely manner, serving as the primary resource for more complex situations.
  • Coach, mentor, and support teller line associates by providing guidance, training, and ongoing feedback to enhance performance and customer service delivery.
  • Identify customer financial needs and connect customers with appropriate products, services, and other areas of the bank to help achieve their financial goals.
  • Protect customer information by maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all internal controls, banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Answer customer calls and accurately document, process, and maintain information within applicable systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership, retail associates, and other departments to support daily operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Apply and promote job-related knowledge, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements necessary to effectively perform assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Working Conditions
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasionally move/traverse to access files and equipment
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment
  • Occasionally moves coin bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasionally will need to travel up to a 30-mile radius
