Qualifications

• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other account activities, balancing cash drawer.
• Identify customer financial needs and connect them with appropriate products and services.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and account discrepancies in a professional manner.
• Protect customer information and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Answer customer calls and document information in applicable systems.
