Job summary

LCNB National Bank in Oakwood/Dayton, OH seeks a full-time Relationship Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, process deposits and withdrawals, and assist customers with account inquiries to meet financial goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills. Banking or retail experience is preferred. Some local travel up to 30 miles may be required and hours are Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building positive relationships and providing friendly, accurate service.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Identify customer financial needs and connect them with appropriate products and services.
• Resolve questions and service issues professionally and promptly.
• Protect customer information and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Document and maintain information in applicable systems and databases.
• Collaborate with retail associates and other departments to support daily branch operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
