Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens consumer and business products and services, identifies customer needs and cross-sells or refers other banking products.
• Opens checking, savings, money market and retirement accounts.
• Examines overdrafts, orders checks, refunds and other banking activities.
• Provides proactive contact and retention services with high-profile customers.
• Partners with other bank employees to meet customer needs.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensures compliance with banking regulations including BSA and information security.
