Qualifications

• Typically five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z; background and credit check processes may apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of retail products, services, and digital offerings.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools.
• Collaborates with branch team and partners to serve clients with accuracy and excellence.
