Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time teammate in the United States to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service while understanding client financial needs. The role includes outbound outreach, supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), and educating clients on digital banking tools.

You will engage with clients to uncover needs, cross-train on sales activities, and participate in branch leadership routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to travel for temporary staffing needs and branch changes.
• Weekend/extended hours availability with possible travel or overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advance product knowledge and attend training to better serve clients.
