Mansioni

• Provide timely and accurate client transactions and maintain proper records.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile).
• Support sales with outbound outreach and identify client needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and stay current with training.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and risk management requirements.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and resolve issues as needed.
• Handle branch workload with flexibility during peak times.
