Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to complete client transactions with accuracy and strong records. You will guide clients through digital banking options and assist with outbound calls to identify needs, referring them to branch teams as appropriate.

The role emphasizes IRM collaboration, sales support, and adherence to risk controls. The incumbent will engage in routine trainings, strive for quality service, and contribute to a positive branch experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and accurate transaction handling.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calling and referring clients to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
