Truist in the United States is seeking a client-focused banking associate to provide timely and accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining thorough records and proper handling of all monies. You will engage clients, educate them on digital banking, and assist with outbound calls to identify needs and opportunities for cross-sell.

The role requires regular shift work, English fluency, and willingness to support both sales and service activities as part of Integrated Relationship

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and extended hours with occasional travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients during transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
• Support sales by outbound outreach, reviewing offers and referring needs to branch team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
