Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• 65% Processes routine transactions and related customer/account servicing duties with high accuracy and efficiency per policy.
• 25% Identifies customer opportunities through consultative conversations and refers customers to appropriate partners.
• 5% Participates in CRA-related community events.
• 5% Performs other duties as assigned.
