Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• 65% Processes routine transactions and related customer/account servicing with high accuracy, including teller transactions per policy; maintains records, prepares forms/reports, and balances vault daily; supports new deposit accounts and adheres to security controls.
• 25% Identifies customer opportunities through consultative conversations, delivers services including basic deposit openings, referrals to partners, conducts sales and service calls, and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• 5% Participates in Community Reinvestment Act CRA events.
• 5% Performs other duties as assigned.
