Job summary

The Relationship Banking Associate at NBT Bank in Keene, NH delivers high-quality customer service and efficient processing of routine transactions. You will identify sales opportunities and refer customers to the appropriate business partners to fulfill needs, through in-person or phone interactions.

You’ll support basic consumer deposit openings, adhere to policy, and help build relationships while contributing to a strong community presence and CRA commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• 65% Processes routine transactions and related account servicing with high accuracy; balances daily vaults and maintains records.
• 25% Identify customer opportunities through consultative conversations; refer to partners and conduct sales calls.
• 5% Participate in community events supporting CRA.
• 5% Perform other duties as assigned.
