Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing setting preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow in person and on the phone.
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center and delivers a high-touch client experience.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities.
• Identifies client needs and initiates referrals to appropriate specialists.
