Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow (in-person and phone) as the first point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals.
• Educate clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and meet long-term goals.
• Proactively identify client needs and refer to specialists as needed.
• Perform and complete a broad range of everyday banking transactions within established limits.
• Adhere to risk, AML, and compliance requirements in daily activities.
