Job summary

TD in Manchester, New Hampshire is seeking a client-focused associate to deliver everyday banking and assist with basic consumer account opening and maintenance. You will welcome clients, facilitate conversations to identify needs, and connect them with the right TD partners to meet their financial goals.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Prior teller experience and notary license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and conciseness.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and independent work ability.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide everyday banking services and basic consumer account opening/maintenance.
• Serve as first point of contact for clients, guiding them through needs-based conversations and referrals to partners.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience as hospitality ambassador for the financial center.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Identify client needs and refer to specialists to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with TD’s policies and risk controls.
