• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Delivers everyday banking and supports consumer product needs with accuracy and care.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Maintains compliance with TD's risk and regulatory standards and refers clients to specialists as needed.
