Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience accepted).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization, concise and clear communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Acts as a hospitality ambassador delivering a high-touch client experience matching TD’s service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Schedules appointments for consumer account needs and deepens opportunities with clients.
• Maintains risk awareness and ensures compliant, responsible outcomes in daily activities.
