NBT is hiring a Relationship Banking Associate to deliver high-level customer service and ensure satisfaction for both internal and external customers. You will process routine transactions, assist with basic deposit openings, and identify sales opportunities to refer to business partners.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year in banking or sales/customer service. Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.
