Job summary

NBT Bank seeks a Relationship Banking Associate to deliver high-quality customer service and responsive support for routine transactions and account services. Required are a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in banking or sales/customer service, plus strong listening and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions and account servicing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify customer opportunities through consultative conversations and refer to appropriate partners.
• Take ownership to resolve customer issues and ensure high responsiveness.
• Support for new deposit account openings and adhere to security measures.
