• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in compliance with procedures.
