Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet to check clients in and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by handling account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in alignment with bank policies.
